Many institutions perform meteorite impact experiments, one of them is the EMI in Freiburg, indeed, as stated by Amar. Other institutes are for instance the Instituto Nacional de Técnica Aeroespacial Torrejón de Ardoz, Madrid, Spain or the department of Aeronautics and Astronautics of the University of Washington.

But I think it is more important to carefully check literature before you plan to perform impact experiments. If I understand your paper correctly, your concept for the Emeishan traps is that an antipodal giant impact triggered this major volcanic event in the area today called China.

Your concept has two major weaknesses. First of all, no terrestrial major impact event is known in Late Permian time when Emeishan volcanics erupted. And you would need a major impact event with a resulting crater of hundreds of km in diameter to trigger antipodal volcanism, if this process would be possible at all.

More importantly, such a scenaria was already discussed for the C/P (former K/T) boundary. The Chicxulub impact event may have triggered the Indian Dekkan trap volcanism, according to this model. But this scenario was proven by experiments and numerical simulations and it turned out that the model do not work. There is no evidence that meteorite impacts were ever responsible for any volcanic eruptions anywhere in the world. Accordingly, your "new" hypothesis or concept is already checked and not confirmed.

Yes, I read the relevant papers you mentioned above , especially about Adrian P Jones. I am very concerned about the papers in these areas.
