I have been reading about Transformational Leadership Theory as a framework for my disseration but I can't find a specific proponent of the theory. Do you happen to know one? Please share it with me.
James MacGregor Burns in 1978 gave the original concept of transformational leadership theory stating that leaders and followers make each other to move towards a higher level of moral and motivation.
