At present all the world is experiencing weather extremes due to the impact of the climate change. Who is responsible for those consequences of extreme weather in all over the world? finally who is ready to face all these effects by Govt./People? Why all the Govts are not focusing on immediate controlling strategies? Not identifying causative factors in the world? How long will take time to clear our world environment? Why all the Govts not strictly controlling in the ground level before effluents entering into the environment? Why effluents are not treating/estimating properly? How it becomes more dangerous to human life and environment in all over the world?
Thats a good question . I think, all three , since they compliment each other in tandem...

Climate change is everyone's responsibility. Everyone at their own level must do what is necessary. International institutions, governments, civil societies, associations, peoples, ... etc. must unite and fight against climate change. The earth is threatened, and the human being is in danger of disappearing? All together to fight against climate change, whatever the country, religion, ... and differences ... Frankly speaking ,we are all to be blamed, one way or the other through our activities directly or indirectly we contributed to climate change,in summary we can all start from our homes in minding the way we use resources, research should be supported by government and donor agencies so that ecofriendly technology can be achieved with minimal or no emission, the likes of solar powered cars,solar power electricity,electric cars etc
Since the advent of industrial revolution, we have burnt 1.4 trillions tons of carbon in to the atmosphere. In short, we're looking for a world with less land, less food, less water and more people. You can figure it out easily that all of us will be affected due to this climate change. Being scientists, it our responsibility to realize politicians that the 'drawdown' (elimination of CO2 from the atmosphere) is the only solution. In a recent conversation with scientists, the President Trump denied to believe in the Climate Change, he added it reduce automatically, so you can imagine what's going on.@Pamarthi
There should be a new requirement for government officials. They should have a degree, should be educated and have to prove it to heir party before being proposed for an election. We can't have the drama with Trump versus climate change again!
Those responsible are the governments with uneducated leaders like the USA who don't have the brain to understand science.
Some governments are controlled by the Oil Giants, one of them is the USA. The people in the USA are doing their most to develop other technologies to avoid fossil fuels, but it will take a long time to make a change in the rate of polluting the air, soil and water. WE have to insist that new leaders are educated not just people with money (but no brains).
The sole responsibility lies with the people; all are responsible for their own emissions, workers are responsible for emissions associated with their coming and going to/from work; and the owners of industry (think generally) are responsible for industrial emissions. Through their actions individuals have the responsibility to band together in governments to have the resources to solve problems that are too large for individuals alone. But we cannot duck the fact that the responsibility lies with people be they individuals, workers, executives, or government officials. And that seems summarize what the previous contributors have stated. Now we require a leader or leaders to help direct that effort.
A government which unfortunately uses their power in a destructive manner.
Governments come and go, not concerned about the "tomorrow". For that the only authority is the UN, which was created to stop future wars and not to protect the environment, but today it is perceived to protect humanity. Some important people also play a role if people listen to them, like Sir David Attenborough who is basically the only authority to speak about the environment today.
Yes, Govts not giving any priority to environment and life on earth, their goal is economical benefits only. Responsible International controlling bodies also not responding due to under political pressure.
Govt and people all are responsible for the consequences of climate change and global organisation and govt must focus on it before it's too late. Let's hope for the Best.
All people are responsible, but most do nothing. Only The young Swedish student and those inspired by her care about the future, because they are going to live in the future. The rest of the world is preoccupied whether Trump will win or lose.
Governments have largely failed a simple Coronavirus test. Climate change? Ha!
