I am doing a research using transcriptome co-expression analysis of enzymes involved in indole synthesis. who is interested in that topic so that can help doing some planned experiments in Arabidopsis?

Indole synthase in 2015 was suggested to have a role in auxin synthesis through the tryptophan independent pathway. However, this suggestion has been challenged.
1) I have performed extensive coexpression analysis for that gene products and other included genes and reached fantastic results
2) what I like to do is to confirm these results using real time PCR or if not possible sqRT-PCR for a group of genes in various Arabidopsis tissues.
