For a EC public Health project on the health situation and health care access of vulnerable and isolated people, I am looking for organisations (charities and ngo's) that are interested in helping us to provide surveys to the target group.

Does anyone have contacts for these types of organisations?

(We are interested in 12 countries: France, Germany, Greece, iIaly, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom)
