Just yesterday, I wrote in a thread in RG that someone had defined Marketing as the science of understanding the pain of the customer/ consumer and then serving her/ him accordingly.
A forensic understanding of the consumer help marketers to understand her/ his pain.
A creative and agile mindset help the marketers to serve the customer/ consumer accordingly.
That is why, marketers need a forensic understanding of consumers and a creative and agile mindset.
