The race to earn more and more is on. Therefore, the question, who earns more is a valid question. Is it educator or practitioner and also of which discipline GIS/RS/Urban Planning/Energy/Climate Change/Agriculture or Construction industry etc.
Thanks to all. I believe "earn" is a wide-ranging word. It can be taken in terms of earning money but can also be considered as earning respect. Therefore, I fully agree to Shafig Ibrahim Al-Haddad as well as all others who responded to this question.
Asmat educators never earn huge amounts monetarily they earn satisfaction. Unfortunately no RS/GIS guy will ever become a multi millionaire. You need to join in blooming construction industry, FMCGs, etc. Basically money makes money, if you have and know how to manage it you will make more. Keep modest educators away.
