A practical earthquake prediction is not possible till date. By practical prediction, I mean telling exact location, date and time, and magnitude of an earthquake in advance (24 hours or more).
Since Climate models do not study interior (greater than 10 km or more) of earth, so, I doubt Climate models can help in earthquake prediction.
