I mentioned the book edited by Henry Chandler in my last answer. The information you want is on page 103. Page 102 has TTP diagram from which you can figure out what carbide you get by cooling at different rates, at what temperatures they form, etc. Attached is information on buying this book if your library does not have it.
In case you have had any difficulty in locating the TTP diagram I have attached it for your convenience. This should help you is planning the annealing in terms of the temperature and time.
