Can you provide more context? Where are these samples from? What is the lithology?  Are they all from the same sample / strat unit / locality?  From a quick look at the pictures I'm not sure you are going to be able to do better than family, but with context, genus might be possible.  Important details (hinge structure, muscle scars, pallial sinus) aren't discernible in the photographs.  All I can tell from the photos is that for the mollusks, you have oysters, a pecten, and probably a cardiditid and venerid.

I was working in the Burdigalian parts of the Qom formation and know the fauna quite well. from the pics it will be very difficult to identify anything seriously aside from the Clypeaster. you could ask oleg mandic for identification of the pectinids ([email protected]). have a look at my homepage http://www.nhm-wien.ac.at/mathias_harzhauser (or in reserachgate) for the various papers on the Oligo-Miocene of Iran

Images 16-1 and 16-2 should be either from the families SOLENIADE (Razor clams) or SOLECURTIDAE (Short razor clams).  As Lynn has mentioned,  there are many representatives of pelecypoda. 1-1 and 1-2 are VENERIDAE, 3-1 and 3-2 are CARDIITIDAE, 7-1 and 7-2 GRYPHAEIDAE or SPONDYLIDAE, 12-1 and 12-2 CARDIIDAE,  41-1 and 14-2 PECTINIDAE. Majority of the other shells should be under VENERIDAE. All said, it is always best to confirm after closely looking at the shell for minor morphological characteristics.
