CSF is a bad perspective about construction. Individual factors can be necessary but almost none are sufficient for a favorable outcome. Echoing Peter Love's comment here. Need to ask, what complex antecedent configurations result in a highly successful outcome? Which ones result in failure. The study of failure outcomes separate from the causes of the study of success outcomes is necessary. Read the book, The Complexity Turn: Applications in Culture, Management, and Marketing, published by Springer in 2017. "CSF" is a bad science practice question.
