We are preparing an application for the study of these algae in the next four years (1918-2021). The main questions are: a) optical properties of habitat; b) relations with Cyanobacteria; c) special food web on the basis of large green algae. Colleagues interested in cooperation or presenting questions are welcome!

I found my mistake after the delivery. The location is mainly one of the largest lakes in Europe - L. Peipsi.
It is really an interesting work, but how far you will going to finish all these objectives within the frame of 4years, I don't know. If you are having sufficient manpower then it will be OK.
1. Identification of BGA in large lakes is a big task
2. Relationship with Phytoplankton/other macrophytes
3. Food web ..... transfer of energy from one tropic level to another tropic level..how you measure or calculate
Go through the literature and then ask for doubts
