A spoiled child is a child who was overly nurtured and given everything that he asked for. Contrary to common beliefs spoiling children doesn't make them happy adults but it usually results in severe personality disorders that affects them later on in their lives. Most spoiled children have little social interest. They don't care about others as much as they care about themselves. They want the whole world to serve them without caring much about giving anything to others . the majority of spoiled children become dependent on others when they grow up in order to maintain the life style they used to live when they were children.

Generally children are not spoiled but it is the atmosphere & environment in the family ,children gets spoiled . Very often in the family of two & more children & if a child is smart ,more attractive in comparison with that other partner ,parents drew more attention to such child.

Due to this other partner in themselves create in a some sort of the inferiority complex . This result in variation of the observation now care in the family which have build subsequent notice by the children .

This atmosphere ,it is very likely that children may get a revenge to go out of the hand & may get the atmosphere to become a spoiled children .

This is my personal opinion 

Thank you to discuss this important issue. In my opinion, the reason handles due mainly to the parents, child-rearing and education is usually a parent, causing the child to adopt one of them. Asa result, behavior sinner to deal with the kids grow with the child, causing a worsening of the problem and result in a person not only in later life.

Very interesting question. Children are what they are made. as already commented earlier. It is the environment in which child grows spoilt.

A child is uninitiated. it is the environment which transforms the child in to a personality. Education is the key.

I think the question could also be looked from additional angle of what and why along who.

Unattended and undisciplined children are spoiled children. 

Spoiled people are those who are lazy, because of their weak will. They try to adapt to the contradictive environment and do it on account of other people, who are loving and noble. "Little Zaches" by Hoffmann is the greatest example.

spoiled children are those who neglected by the parents and family, further economic conditions of the family, separation of parents, surrounding environment may be totally responsible for this situation.
