Hi, I am trying to use the batch version of the program to run multiple samples but as an output I always get an empty file. I can´t figure out what is the problem since it does not give any error message.

Has anyone used the batch version? If so, did you run into the same problem?

I have checked the file multiple times, but I can´t seem to figure out where the error might be.
