Firstly it depends on the type of objectives you set out to achieve but generally there is a report publish on WALR on quarterly basis in alomst all countires statistical bulletin. Its about the best measure. For a disaggregated approach, you can look at the type of loan seeked, the interest rate band, and most importantly inflationary expectations.
