I am going to investigate the effect of Board Composition on two dependent variables (Paper 1. stock price crash risk, Paper 2. stock price informativeness, Paper 3........... Your suggested one). I am interested to add another dependent variable. Kindly suggest to me the most relevant dependent variable which can also be linked with the two dependent variables, I have already taken, so that all the variables come under the same umbrella as paper 1, paper 2 & paper 3 for my PhD thesis. Thank you very much.
I believe you may consider the organizational performance or the capital structure when adding another dependent variable. Either of these two variables can be a relevant dependent variable in your Paper 3.

P3 = (company's total current earnings / company's total current investments)
Any Board efficiency and composition influences both - the company earnings and investments ...). Moreover, a quantitative parameter will enhance your entire model viability.
Examining the different types of the externalities on the market price could be a challenging variable in your work.
