Prenatal ultrasound examinations are very commonly utilized all over the world.  Every machine has its characteristics, and the spectrum extends from very sophisticated to basic ultrasound machines.  What are your "clinical tricks" to make an ultrasound examination more informative? which quick adjustments do you perform? What do you do/advice your patients to do before an obstetric ultrasound to get the most out of this examination?
