Long Range PCR on dried blood spot gDNAs?

Hello,

Has anyone done Long Range PCR on dried blood spot gDNAs? We are not able to amplify 12kb fragments from the gDNA. GDNA was manually extracted using ThermoFishder MagMAX™ DNA Multi-Sample Ultra 2.0 Kit. We have run gDNAs on gDNA screen tapes on TapeStation. The fragment sizes are 15kb and larger. We use NEB LongAmp Pol 2X mix for our PCRs.
