I do not know about LiCH and its potential to induce autophagy. I have used spermidine 100 uM to induce autophagy in BLM human melnaoma cell line. It worked well. I also rescued autophagy by adding 3-methyladenine.

There are two catalog numbers of LiCH (Sigma Aldrich) for the same application, but I already contacted technical support.
