For reducing the antinutritional factors of plant feed ingredients bacterial fermentation is a good option. But I wish to know among the different strains of bacteria which one may be a better option.
This sounds like a beautiful research topic. Whey not conduct the study and tell us about it later. If the weed is aquatic, simulate an aquatic study. Bacteria with potentials for weed fermentation will show up. Analyze aquatic weed for baseline anti-nutritional factors and compare result using one-way analysis of variance or any other suitable statistical tool. I am sure the result will be appreciated
