I am planning to start a blog on wastewater collection, treatment and reuse keeping in mind the students opting this career and the operators of WWTPs. Currently I am preparing the material to start this blog. My major focus on Biological treatment of sewage and industrial wastes, microbiological transformations and use them as indicator to assess the efficiency of treatment, odor control, various treatment technologies available in the market and decentralized systems of treatment.
I would like to welcome the suggestions from all experts about the topics to be covered to benefit the students and the operators.

You can start with 1. the historical background of wastewater treatment in India and the present situation, treatment gaps. 2. Secondly, regulations governing wastewater treatment in India will be very much useful such as Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, revised sewage discharge standards, etc. 3. Wastewater sampling procedure and analysis. 4. Trouble shooting of aerobic and anaerobic reactors.

The sampling and testing procedures already included in the material. My main focus is on the problems associated with operation of WWTP and their solutions I implemented based on my experience.
I am going to include the regulations laid down by authorities in different countries including India. I will cover the work of NMCG also.
