I am working on intentions of employees to adapt technologically advanced systems, traditional systems or both based on their background experience ( advanced or traditional systems ). I am finding the theory to be followed for establishments of my arguments.

Technologically advanced systems, such as what? If you are thinking of theories in adapting Information Technology or Information Systems, you might consider the Technology Acceptance Model, Theory of Reasoned Action or Theory of Planned Behavior as a starting point.

Yes, you are right theory of reasoned actions fits to my domain.
But i feel, i am missing something as i am collecting data from employees intending to adapt systems irrespective they are working in that system or not.
