I am working on research into how the ICT Pedagogical Knowledge and Skills of the first-year bachelor of education students can be developed in an ICT course, that is based on the UNESCO ICT Competency Framework for Teachers. This research must, in the end, measure the successful achievement or otherwise of the intended outcomes of this ICT course. I considered Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPCK or TPACK) but I do not seem to locate concepts in TPCK which I will be able to use as a Conceptual Framework for this research.
