I am working in a project to write manuals for Biomass charakterization. I need to write step-by-step descriprions for the Tests used for defining following Parameters: pH, DQO, total solids, volatile solids. (Related to questions like: "What materials do I need?", "How does the Test work?" "What ist the first step, the second step, the third...?") What are the common Tests to find out these Parameters?
Hello Lea, the parameters u have mentioned are physical and chemical parameters, and u haven't mentioned what kind of samples u want to test. however, if u have water samples so u can easily find out the procedure available on internet I will recommend APHA for performing these tests.

Shalini Gupta Thanks a lot for your answer, the samples used are samples of fruit or cocoa waste biomass from a anearobic digestion progress (before and after the progress).
