I have a sample of 27 subjects. For each subject I have the blood pressure readings prior to and post the introduction of a treatment. However, for each subject, the number of readings prior to and post the introduction of treatment are different. For instance, if A, B and C are three subjects, for A I have 12 readings prior to and 7 readings post introduction of the treatment. For B the division is 8-13 and for C it is 10-11 respectively.

I want to test whether the introduction of the treatment indeed affects the blood pressure? Now, the for every subject since data in two groups (prior & post) is dependent, so t-test for comparison of means cannot be applied.
