Enzymatic and enzymic both appear in scientific papers. I always use "enzymatic synthesis" of something. "Enzymic synthesis" appears in relatively old papers. I am not sure what the difference between them is.
I guess "enzymatic" should be referred to anything that is related to the ACTION of the enzyme while enzymic is thing related to the ENZYME itself. This could be arguable but that would be what I will use.
Being synonyms ,both terms are acceptable for scientific publications or references
Enzymic (enzymatic) process
Any chemical reaction or series of reactions catalysed by an enzyme or enzymes is described as an enzymic or enzymatic process. An enzyme is a protein which acts as a highly selective catalyst permitting reactions to take place rapidly in living cells under physiological conditions.

Dear both the terms are reported in literature, however former one is extensivly used. also better to chose the term that ENZYMICALLY fits your sentence.

I understand Chris Freeman at Bangor, UK, once used the word "enzymic" just as an "adjective" to describe the chemical process of lignin-containing peat degradation catalised by a specific enzyme in half-dried wetlands.
