Ideally, the analytical framework should be developed at the time of designing the conceptual framework itself so that your data collection is in accordance with your research design. Thematic analysis would be a good method however to make your findings stronger, consider collecting data from different perspectives (eg. data related to the benefits gained by the use of that particular technology, actual money/time saved, actual value addition etc.). then your analysis will be more robust (perception vs reality) and you would be able to triangulate your data/findings more reliably increasing the trustworthiness of your research.

Try using Braun and Clark's (2006) method of Thematic analysis. You could also consider doing data collection and its analysis simultaneously. This enables you to get more meaningful data based upon your initial analysis.

As an alternative to thematic analysis, you might consider a qualitative content analysis. This approach would use a codebook to apply a consistent of codes to both types of data, and look for codes that occur more frequently in one type of data than the other.
