Which stimulator used to up-regulate TIM3 and CD152(CTLA-4) immune checkpoint on T cell?

I am going to doing flow cytometry with splenocytes from mice. Does anyone know which stimulator people used to up-regulate CD153 and TIM3 so that I can see it clearly on flow cytometry?
