In the study I'm conducting there will be one Independent variable with three levels ( before, just after , 2 years after the intervention ) and have 2 Dependent Variables ( wellbeing and productivity ) . I will also have two different groups (a control group and an experimental group).
And these would be my hypotheses
Hypothesis 1 : there will be a significant difference in perceived productivity of employees before and just after the intervention
Hypothesis 2: there will be a significant difference in perceived productivity levels when comparing the results just after the intervention and two years after the intervention.
H3: there will be a significant difference in wellbeing of employees before and after the intervention
H4: there will be a significant difference in wellbeing levels of employees just after the intervention and three years after the intervention
H5: there will be a significant difference in wellbeing and productivity between the control group and the experimental group

If wellbeing and productivitiy are measured at least on the interval scales (plus additional assumptions about distirbutions of the variables are met) it seems that you could conduct MANOVA (multivariate analysis of variance). If main effects are statistically significant you could do some sort of post-comparisons to test you hypothesis. But please check in other sources if this approach is appropiate
