Ditylenchus destructor – what a name!

This problem is a very common one. So much so that many packages such as R and Orange come with a famous dataset of irises (the flowers, not the parts of the eye).

I would recommend Orange here (https://orange.biolab.si). This allows you to look at differences between your populations over a number of dimensions simultaneously. Orange comes with some really useful YouTube videos (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXjnDIgGDuI&list=PLmNPvQr9Tf-ZSDLwOzxpvY-HrE0yv-8Fy&index=1) many of which feature the iris dataset.

I assume that you have a categorical variabe (area of data collection) and try to compare if the morphological characteristics (scale variables) differ according to area of collection. I suggest that you look into One Way Anova procedure, after you test the variables for normality.
