Which states require that certain poisonous ragwort (Senecio species) are to be reported or must be notified (german: meldepflichtig) to protect men and husbandry?
Do you know an evidence based actual "Reportable Species List" for poisonous plant species?
The question is of great concern as Senecio jacobaea, Senecio aquaticus and Senecio alpinus show a rapid increasing propagation speed in central Europe as in Austria, Germany, Swiss and Poland as I saw with own eyes.
Do you see also here the influence of the increasing biodiversity of grassland with environmentally-favourable extensification of farming and management of low-intensity grassland which favor increasingly also poisonous plants for husbandry?
