I want to separate the secondary metabolites (families) that exist in the extract of Sphaerococcus coronopifolius aqueous extract,

using TLC thin layer chromatography.

I use the following solvents and their proportions (according to the bibilography)

~ 100% cyclohexane

~ cyclohexane / ethyl acetate 75/25

~ cyclohexa / AcEt 50/50

~ cyclohexa / AcEt 25/50

~ cyclohexa / AcEt 10/50

I cant separe anything with those solvant and those proportion.

Any suggestions ?
