You can't dissolve nanotubes in water or in any other solvent. You can digest them to CO2 with fuming nitric acid. I assume you mean disperse.

If the material you're using is supplied as a powder then you need laser diffraction not DLS.

Dear Hocine, did you also considered to use a sonicator to break up potential clusters in solution? If your sample is not very well dispersed, did you also considered some surfactant agents? I hope that my answer can help you somehow :)
