I have taken the picture of mushroom spore via Tc capture software but I don't know how to measure the spore length and width by using accurate measurements software. I am very thankful to share your knowledge and expertise.

Seiya Saito Is measurements of this software reliable and we can also use for fungal spore? I think this software is mostly use for Nanoparticles measurements.

Khetab Ullah It's legit software created by NIH, USA. I have been using this for many years to measure the size of fungal spores. You need a slide with a ruler on it for calibration.
There is also Piximètre

With which one can make measurements of samples or in large quantities. The photos must have a different name, so Piximètre will recognize the photos and add the results. It's a bit like having a classic formula and a more scientific formula with a large amount of basidiospores.
