You can use R-studio which is open source and free for non commercial purposes. You can also use SAS JMP Statistical Discovery, Minitab or Design expert all of which are available as paid softwares.
I agree with Upender. In addition, Chemoface and Develve could be useful. Chemoface, while free to download and use, requires MATLAB to operate which is a proprietary software. Develve is only free for a year, after which time you must pay for license.
