Are you talking about simulation block or simulation software? If you are asking about simulation block then let me know which simulation software you are using? and if you are talking about simulation software, I would suggest NS3. Matlab is also choise but it is paid. NS3 has more features........

I'm talking about the block to be used in Simulink/Matlab software to channel estimate a plc channel. FYI, I'm using an FIR filter for the power line channel as it is a multipath propagation channel.

Yes. This is what i did. I used an FIR filter with coefficients representing the weighting factors. The problem is that i need to connect it to a MIMO system. In Simulink, there is the ostbc encoder and combiner blocks to represent MIMO. The ostbc combiner has a channel estimation port. That is why i need to find the plc channel estimation to connect it to the ostbc combiner port.

There is no simulink block for PLC estimation. You can develop your own m-code and develop a m block or s block in simulink and use it for estimation.
