I have conducted an online survey for my dissertation that I have shared to multiple online platforms in order to get as much responses as possible. I asked my participants to choose their age group from 4 different age groups I pre-defined. After that I deleted the responses of people who were not in my target age group and used all the rest for my statistical analysis
Is this considered stratified random sampling?

You have not divided the whole population in to a number of strata before drawing the sample.
You have not fixed the sample sizes for the strata before before drawing the sample.
You have not drawn samples from each stratum separately at random.
In view of these points., the sample you have drawn can not be treated as stratified random sample.
