There are very few (or none) RS satellites that can let you perform that task. I suggest you take a look to MODIS instruments, which are on board of Terra and Aqua satellites.
No Space-borne SAR sensor has temporal resolution of 1 day. You have to either use air-borne SAR sensor or you can use passive microwave radiometer data from operational missions like SMOS.
