rs11572080 has 3 alleles C A and T

The C allele cuts with Mnl1 at site cctc

The A allele does not cut and

the T allele cuts with Sap1 at gctcttc

I could not see any enzyme cutting the rs10509681 alleles but you should check your sequence against the NRB NEBCUTTER program to check for cutters and also other cut sites for these enzymes elsewhere in your sequence. If you need to study this second snp then DCAPS should be an appropriate methodology
