I think many hepatology journals with IF below 5 would be interested in your study. To know hepatology journals which are indexed in SCOPUS, search the NLM catalogue. These days most researchers opt towards SCOPUS-indexed journals. So i advise you to go to a journal that is both PubMed and SCOPUS-indexed. To know if the journal is SCOPUS indexed or not, try searching the SCOPUS Sources.
