Prof. Meyer provided great references above, regarding the occurrence of seizure as well as CSE and NCSE in tuberculous meningitis patients.
If I may add, as you know, CNS Tuberculosis can also present as intracranial tuberculoma or spinal tuberculous arachnoiditis. Intracranial tuberculoma in comparison to tuberculous meningitis is less epileptogenic. However, patients can still present with intractable seizures. For more information please refer to:
