Dear all,

I am struggling to find 0.5-mL microfuge tubes that are compatible with the Leica LMD6000 laser microdissection device, AND are protein low-bind.

Even the few publications out there don't mention which tubes they use or don't run the lysis/digestion in the collection tubes.

Our Leica application support is extremely slow at coming with a suggestion...

I would appreciate any constructive input from people with experience with the LMD6000 for proteomics applications.
