Both methods for calculating FRAP are correct, but the difference lies in how they are applied. In the first method, only one concentration is used for calculating FRAP. In the second method, various concentrations of a standard are employed to construct a standard curve. By obtaining an equation from this curve, FRAP is subsequently determined. Essentially, the first method serves as a shortcut.
