I think if uh have to review an article or paper from any journal.. Uh shud be an expert first in that field which justifies the process... Secondly nothing is paid..
Um myself reviewer of two journals..
Only matters being reviewer time shud be given priority to complete ur article or paper within 20-25 days not months together.. And to review something uh shud be expert in that concerned subject...
