Which part is the best for normality test results in the paper?
I used to add a sentence of "all the data in this research is obtained to normality distribution." in method - statistics part.
Is it the part way to do that? Or was it supposed to go to every parts of result before I started to introduce my result?

I'd make mention of assumption tests in the results section, just before the presentation of method(s) which require the assumption(s). As a sample:
"Normality was checked by (whatever method you used), and the results suggested no apparent violation of the assumption (p = .314)." The p-value would be mentioned only for a statistical test of normality. If you just inspected a quantile-quantile plot of model residuals to a normal distribution, then no p-value applies.

And yes, that's would be the best way. But some journal just don't want a single part in result section to report normality tests and F tests. So I just got confused.

You can put your comment in the findings section if you prefer. I would recommend saying something like, "As the sample size was ... a Shapiro Wilk normality test was run which indicated no evidence of non-normality in the data set. Therefore a t-test was carried out..." Please see my study guides for more information on normality testing.
I have normality results to six lots of data. One isn't normal and I will state the p value. Do I have to mention the other five values?
