It may sound really foolish to ask this question but i am really unaware as to what is actually changing with the change in different ISO or ASTM standard.
Let me clear that i am using SANS 10 ton UTM in which only 5 test option are available and i am doing test on 3D printed specimen which is essentially a plastic material but there is no ISO 604: Plastics – Determination of Compressive Properties option in the machine. The only option is to select ASTM E9-1998a, how it will defer from ISO 604?
Really keen to get this solution and effort applied for sharing the knowledge will be really appreciated.
