I am trying to register a light micrograph onto a 3D CT data set, as I want to extract the corresponding image from the CT data set. Is there any software or program can do this accurately?
I am using ORS Dragonfly, but fine tuning of the Yaw, Pitch, Roll is a bottleneck for my 2D image. Thanks.

Thanks for your answer. I am using dragonfly‘s registration option and it only has 3D-3D registration. when I tried with 2D data file, its merely visible, and I cannot see the alignment as its sandwiched in 3D data.
Do you know any other way doing this in Dragonfly? Thanks.
