I have a protein source with varying results of amino acid profile. For instance; when the sample is hydrolysed with "6 M HCI"

L-Valine level is 0.24g/100g whereas it is 3.08g/100g when hydrolysed with "3 M p-TSA" . And the requirement of the animal is 1.50g/100g.

On the contrary when hydrolysed with "6 M HCI" the L-Leucine level is 7.99g/100g while hydrolysed with "3 M p-TSA" it is only 4.00g/100g.

If the sample is used as the only protein source, which criteria should I take into consideration when choosing one from the results?
