I want publish the articles in some what refereed journal with nominal cost or no cost.
Most of the journals not respond more than six months? Give your suggestions.
Plant science is a broad field. If your query in related to plant taxonomy, you can go for Phytotaxa and Telopea. Both are peer reviewed journals, usually publishes papers within six months and do not charge. In Phytotaxa if you pay, they will make your publication open access otherwise not.
