Detail: I am working with Synopsis CAD tool. I have a design for security (DFS) by addressing circuit partitioning to measure dynamic current (IDDT) for a small partition. I want to put few current sensors into the circuit that can measure dynamic current online. The sensitivity of the sensor should be capable to measure current in nano ampere (nA) range for 1.5 GHz frequency.

In addition to knowing the desired range of currents,
one needs to know the common-mode level at which
these currents need to be measured; the admissible
maximum response time; and the available time for
low-pass filtering the measured value; the error that
is admissible; a knowledge of the response function
(peak, mean, RMS) that is desired, the technology
on which this current-meter is to be fabricated; the
kind of load that is to be placed on the meter; issues
of maximum permissible drain current and die area.

Only with this minimal information can you can make
a tentative approach to a suitable design. Later, you
can address the issue of what ADC structure to use,
as a precursor to coding the data to get it on-line.

Sir Gilbert thanks for your nice answer. That will be helpful for me. Still I am trying to get something that has been already proposed. I want to put that sensor in my work as a reference and because of time limitation, i can not invest lot of time to design a current sensor myself. My research is in different direction.
